Our tickets to NZ finally showed up last night, 6 days after they were sent off in an "overnight" package, and 15 days after the alleged travel agency allegedly really truly allegedly sent the package. (Every day we called for 4 weeks, they told us they had mailed the tickets "yesterday".) They also sent us two exceedingly helpful pages printed off the web demonstrating different New Zealand traffic signs (we had asked for tips on getting around.)
But we leave in 8 days, and that's what matters. Life is good.
